The short version

  • These terms apply when you visit reartbuild.com or buy from us.
  • REART is run by REART LLC, a Wyoming company. We sell brick building kits and an interactive building guide.
  • Our kits are brick building sets: a collectible, true-to-scale model you build yourself and showcase.
  • REART is an independent brand. We are not affiliated with any luxury fashion house.
  • Returns, shipping, and privacy have their own policies, which are part of these terms.

1. Who we are

This website, reartbuild.com (the "Site"), is operated by REART LLC, a single-member LLC registered in Wyoming, USA, with its address at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("REART," "we," "us," or "our").

By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. We currently sell to customers in the United States.

3. Our products

We offer premium brick building kits inspired by an iconic luxury bag:

  • The Icon (Classic): 1:1 scale, about 785 pieces, approximately 25 x 20 x 13 cm (about 9.8 x 7.9 x 5.1 in) when built.
  • The Mini: 1:4 scale, 390 pieces, approximately 12 x 17 x 8 cm (about 4.7 x 6.7 x 3.1 in) when built.

Each kit comes with access to our interactive building guide, which lets you zoom and rotate every step.

Please keep in mind:

  • Once built, your model is a collectible piece made to be showcased.
  • Dimensions and piece counts are approximate. Colors may look slightly different on your screen than in real life.
  • WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD. Small parts. Not for children under 3 years.

4. Independent brand

REART is an independent brand. Our kits are original creations inspired by classic luxury design. REART is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fashion house or luxury brand. Any third-party names or trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. Orders, pricing, and availability

  • All prices are in US dollars.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full to your original payment method.
  • We may change prices or product details at any time, but changes won't affect orders we have already confirmed.
  • We try to keep all product information accurate. If we find an error (including in a price), we may correct it and, where needed, contact you before shipping your order.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Shop Pay and Apple Pay. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide, and that the billing and contact details you give us are accurate and complete.

7. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns, missing pieces, and refunds are covered in our Refund & Return Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

8. The interactive building guide and our content

Our interactive building guide, product designs, photos, text, graphics, logos, and other content on the Site belong to REART LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

When you buy a kit, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the building guide to build your kit. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publish the guide or our content, or use it for commercial purposes, without our written permission.

9. Your use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for anything illegal or fraudulent;
  • interfere with the Site's security or operation, or upload viruses or harmful code;
  • scrape, copy, or collect data from the Site using automated tools without our permission;
  • impersonate someone else or give false information;
  • harass, abuse, or harm others, or infringe anyone's rights.

We may suspend or end your access to the Site if you break these Terms.

10. Reviews, comments, and feedback

If you send us reviews, photos, comments, or ideas, you confirm that they are yours to share and don't break any law or anyone's rights. You give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with REART (for example, on the Site or our social media). We may remove any content we find inappropriate.

11. Third-party services

The Site runs on Shopify and uses third-party tools such as payment providers and customer support software. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Apart from what our Refund & Return Policy expressly provides, and to the fullest extent allowed by law, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Some states don't allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, REART LLC and its owner, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or our products.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless REART LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.

16. Other legal terms

  • Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • No waiver: If we don't enforce a right, we haven't given it up.
  • Entire agreement: These Terms and the policies they mention are the full agreement between you and us about the Site and your purchases.
  • Changes: We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
