• During the holiday season, orders ship within 2-3 weeks. Once shipped, delivery takes 7 to 10 days at most.
• Free shipping on orders of $179 or more.
• Orders under $179 ship for a flat $9.99.
• Your kit ships from China with duties and taxes already paid by us (DDP). You won't pay any customs fees when it's delivered.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

2. Shipping costs

• Orders of $179 or more: free shipping.
• Orders under $179: $9.99 flat rate. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

The $179 free shipping threshold is calculated in US dollars, after discounts are applied.

Please note: a Mini kit on its own is below the $179 threshold, so shipping charges apply to that order.

3. Delivery times

Our kits ship from China.

• Dispatch: during the holiday season, your order ships within 2-3 weeks.
• Delivery: once your order has shipped, it arrives within 7 to 10 days at most.

In rare cases, carrier or customs delays outside our control can add time. If that happens, we'll keep you posted by email.

4. Duties, customs, and taxes (DDP)

All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means REART pays all import duties, customs fees, and import taxes. You won't be asked to pay anything to the carrier when your package arrives.

5. Tracking your order

When your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

6. Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at support@reartbuild.com. We'll do our best to update it, but once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

7. Lost or damaged packages

• Damaged package: email support@reartbuild.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery. If pieces are missing or broken, we'll ship the affected pieces free of charge. If the box or kit is completely destroyed, we'll replace the whole kit free of charge. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
• Package not received: if your tracking shows no progress for an unusual length of time, or says delivered but you can't find your package, email us with your order number and we'll help you look into it.
• Missing pieces: we'll ship them to you free of charge. See our Refund & Return Policy.
