Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders usually ship within 2 to 3 weeks, then delivery takes about 7 to 10 days. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. These are estimates and can vary with carriers and customs.

  • Shipping is free on orders of $179 or more, after discounts. Below that, it's a flat $9.99, shown at checkout before you pay. See our full Shipping Policy.

  • Yes. Every order of $179 or more ships free, calculated after discounts. A Mini on its own is below that amount, so it ships for $9.99.

  • No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): we cover all import duties, customs fees, and import taxes, so there's nothing to pay when your package arrives.

  • Not right now. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

  • When your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. If you can't find it, email support@reartbuild.com with your order number and we'll send it over.

Returns & Refunds

  • Yes. You can return any kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, even if it's already built. Just send back all the pieces. See our full Refund & Return Policy.

  • Email support@reartbuild.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply by email with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us.

  • You get a full refund of your kit, never a partial one. For change-of-mind returns, the original shipping charge isn't refunded.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned kit, we refund your original payment method within 5 to 7 days. Your bank may take a little extra time to show it.

  • If you changed your mind, return shipping is on you, and the original shipping charge isn't refunded (if your order shipped free, there was no shipping charge to begin with). If your kit is defective or incomplete, we cover the return shipping.

  • We don't offer exchanges. If you'd like a different kit, you can return yours for a refund and place a new order.

Our Guarantee

  • Yes: our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Love your kit or get your money back, with a full refund if you return it within 30 days of delivery. See the full guarantee in our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Yes. Sealed, opened, or fully built, every kit is covered for 30 days after delivery. Just send back all the pieces, and there's no need to take your model apart.

  • Email support@reartbuild.com with your order number. We'll reply by email, usually within 24 hours, with the return address and instructions.

Missing or Damaged Pieces

  • We'll ship the missing pieces to you free of charge, with no need to return anything. Email support@reartbuild.com with your order number and the piece references or the building steps where they're needed.

  • Email support@reartbuild.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and the damaged items. We'll send the affected pieces free of charge, or replace the whole kit free of charge if the box or kit is completely destroyed.

  • Contact us at support@reartbuild.com within 30 days of delivery. You can return it for a full refund, even if it's already built, and we cover the return shipping.

Product & Building

  • The Icon is a 1:1 scale model with about 785 pieces, about 25 x 20 x 13 cm (9.8 x 7.9 x 5.1 in) once built. The Mini is a 1:4 scale model with 390 pieces, about 12 x 17 x 8 cm (4.7 x 6.7 x 3.1 in). Both are collectible models you build yourself and showcase.

  • Every kit comes with our interactive building guide. You can zoom in and rotate each step to see exactly where every piece goes.

  • Email support@reartbuild.com with your order number and the step you're on. We usually reply within 24 hours.

  • There's no minimum age, but our kits contain small parts. WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD. Small parts. Not for children under 3 years.

  • No. REART is an independent brand, and our kits are original creations inspired by classic luxury design. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fashion house or luxury brand.

Payments & Safety

  • We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

  • Yes. Every order is paid online through Shopify's secure checkout.

  • Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify's secure checkout, which follows the PCI-DSS security standards for card payments. We never see or store your full card number.
